A+S will have their destination wedding this summer in Kelowna a beautiful town in Okanagan valley central BC. Would you ever tell it was really raining on their shoot in downtown from this picture. A true art is to show and hide what the artist want to and weather should not be one of the factors to be afraid of. We actually took the advantage of soft light from cloudy sky. The original idea was to have a engagement session photographed at Sea To Sky Gondola which as you can see in my portfolio was just last year the most photographed venue by myself with 8 shoots on the top of this amazing scenic based location. Since the story rainy day hit the mountain we switched the plan very last minute for a downtown portrait session. Make up and hair was already done for Anu so why not to go out on a chilli rainy day and have fun without getting wet at all? Guys had an awesome time in front of my camera, we agreed we got cold so a break inside was a great pause in the shoot where we could chat about their plans for the wedding day celebration and by the end of the session we had such a blast, they decided to fly here again next month to have their real scenic engagement photographed on the suspension bridge under Sky Pilot majestic peak in Squamish.
