Aga Khan Toronto Ismaili Wedding Puro Sangeet photos.
Indian wedding celebrations last couple days or weeks and being part of them is a huge honour. The days are long, filled with emotions and festivities and bring to the life the family life which is so important for this world. I have been part of many Ismaili weddings and what they have in common is welcome friendly atmosphere and at all of them I basically became a part of their families. Fahim and Aaliya had their wedding in Toronto. Eight different locations made the logistics a bit more pressures, yet since we chatted about their needs and goals from the very beginning they enjoyed every single minute of it. This is their Puro Sangeet ceremony evening at Canadian Convention centre, which was then followed by Aga Khan portrait session next morning. The decor was absolutely amazing, life band and dancers performances kept audience on their feet all night long. Striking colours and tasty food were symbols of the night followed by very loud party time with over 650 guests on the dance-floor. Bride and groom enjoying their moment at the podium waiting for families to come and give them their blessings is very sacred moment of the whole wedding celebration. This creative candid portrait of the groom whispering the bride his secret to her hear will be there for them forever.
